Trying to stay trim while traveling can be tough! Fortunately, many of our IHG® Army Hotels either have fitness centers or are located right around the corner from a fully equipped gym. We’ve previously covered the best gyms to visit while staying on Fort Hood, and now we’ll showcase some additional locations that feature great options for any fitness level.
Fort Campbell
Holiday Inn Express Turner Guesthouse on Fort Campbell has a fitness center that has your workout basics covered with elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and treadmills. If you’re looking for something a bit more social or challenging, check out the group classes at the Estep gym or the 40-foot climbing wall at the Shaw Physical Fitness Center. Fort Bragg
IHG Army Hotels Moon Hall on Fort Bragg does not have an onsite fitness center, but is located near several great gyms that you can visit with a DoD ID.
The Blackjack Physical Fitness Center is loaded with cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines. Looking to go for a nice long run? Don’t let the weather keep you from racking up miles on your fitness app. Take on an indoor track at the Hercules or Callahan Physical Fitness Centers.For racquetball, tennis, fitness classes and other group activities, Hercules, Ryder and Ritz-Epps Physical Fitness centers have everything you need to break a sweat.

Fort Lee
The Holiday Inn Express® on Fort Lee features an outdoor pool that is perfect for lap swimming* and a fitness center with several types of cardio equipment, free weights, and rowers.Check out the MacLaughlin Fitness Center if you’re looking to expand your exercise options.
It’s located just over a mile away from the Holiday Inn Express for your convenience and features two racquetball courts, a basketball court, a fully equipped weight room, and exercise rooms for spin, aerobics, and Zumba classes.
